Alyson Lee Hannigan born March 24, 1974 is an American actress. She currently plays Lily Aldrin in the CBS sitcom How I Met Your Mother on the , but is also well known for her previous role as Willow Rosenbergtelevision series Buffy the Vampire Slayer. She also played flutist Michelle Flaherty in the American Pie film series.

Hannigan’s first major film role was in My Stepmother Is an Alien, a science fiction comedy released in 1988; one of her co-stars in the film was actor Seth Green, who would later join her in the regular cast of Buffy as her on-screen boyfriend. Then in 1989, her first regular role on a TV series came when she was cast in the short-lived ABC sitcom Free Spirit. Throughout most of the early 1990s, she appeared in commercials and supporting roles on television shows, including That 70’s Show, Picket Fences, Roseanne and Touched by an Angel.

In 1997, Hannigan was cast to play Willow Rosenberg, Buffy’s best friend, on the television series Buffy the Vampire Slayer (replacing Riff Regan, who played Willow in the unaired 25-minute pilot). The show became a success, and Hannigan gained recognition, subsequently appearing in several notable films aimed at teenage audiences, including American Pie, American Pie 2, Boys and Girls, and American Wedding. By the time Buffy had ended in 2003, Hannigan was earning a $250,000 salary for each episode. She also had a guest spot on the Buffy spin-off, Angel, reprising her role of Willow in a few episodes (including most notably "Orpheus", during the fourth season of Angel and the seventh season of Buffy), but none after Buffy finished production.

In early 2004, Hannigan made her West End debut, starring in a stage adaptation of When Harry Met Sally… at the Theatre Royal Haymarket, opposite Luke Perry.

In 2005, Hannigan returned to starring in a regular television series, appearing in the hit comedy, How I Met Your Mother, as Lily, and also playing a recurring guest role on Veronica Mars as Trina Echolls.

In February 2006, Hannigan starred as Julia Jones in Date Movie, a parody on romantic comedies.

Ei guys! i just watched a video from youtube. Actually it was a MMK episode last thursday and since, I have no television in my room I haven’t watched it in TV. i just wanna share about this video because i was so touched! grabeh..ang galing! Heath Ledger broke hearts as Ennis Del Mar, the taciturn cowboy who maintains a secret 20-year affair with another man in 2005’s gay landmark, Brokeback Mountain.

Now Ledger is breaking hearts for real. He died Tuesday at the peak of his brief career. The 28-year-old actor’s naked body was found in a New York apartment by a housekeeper and a masseuse, according to police, who said signs point to suicide.

Brokeback, the cinematic groundbreaker directed by Ang Lee and co-starring Jake Gyllenhaal, was embraced by gay and straight moviegoers alike, collecting $83 million at the box office on a $14 million budget.

The tragic Western allowed the Aussie actor a chance to finally erase the teen-hunk label that he was saddled with ever since his breakthrough in 1999’s 10 Things I Hate About You, Disney’s high-school takeoff on Shakespeare’s The Taming of the Shrew. Ledger not only earned respect for his work on Brokeback but also won an Oscar nomination for his efforts.

He also met and fell for his co-star Michelle Williams. The romance lasted long enough to produce daughter Matilda, now 2.

As for my personnal opinion I was shocked upon hearing this bad news frm my classmate this morning and even my teacher confirmed that this comedy actor is alresy dead because of Drug overdose. We really can’t tell our life here on earth if when, where or how we will die. So, let’s just pray for his soul and also for his family.

I liked the casting of this movie. Much like a lot of the recent books-into-movie movies that they’ve been coming out lately the cast of this movie looked almost cacophonously EXACTLY like I envisioned the characters to look.  I like also Stuart Townsend in performing the role of Lestat de Lioncourt. He is almost perfect on this role, looks like a real rock star.

And also about Aaliyah the late singer and actress who performed the role of Queen Akasha; Queen of Vampire did an excellent job in view of she had like 10 lines. She had a LOT of charisma though, so I’ll admit I rather liked her onscreen instead. It’s just too bad this is really the only movie that she’ll have her name attached to.

Ben Stiller did a good job on this movie and his name which was Gaylord on this movie was pretty funny! And I can’t believe that Robert deNiro is also doing some comedy movies and he is so funny.

I don’t find any reason on why other people don’t like this movie. And I’m sorry people, but this movie was far most the funniest not to say it’s the funniest I ever saw, but this was pretty funny. Think about it, especially when their eating. "I have nipples Greg, can u milk me?" that was funny, or when he doesn’t know that the vase was ashes. Hilarious, so if you want to talk about Meet the Parents come out with one yourself. This movies WAS THE BEST.

Russell Crowe is the best! I saw this movie when I was in High School and I said it to myself that “Oh my God. I don’t like this movie, it is so brutal! ”. But when my Dad grabbed a copy of this movie I watch it again and I realize that it is really good. It has action and at the same time it has also drama scenes that were very emotional. The maker of this movie was so intelligent that they chose Russell Crowe to perform the role of MAXIMUS who was Roman general, loved by the people and the aging Emperor, Marcus Aurelius.

Hello Philippines and Hello World!

This news is for those people who haven’t yet updated with the Big Night last night.
Araneta was full of brightning lights and thousands of people were present to witnessed the Big Night.

yesterday I wrote who among the Big Four will have a title of "Pinoy Big Brother Celebrity Edition 2", Would it be Ruben, Riza, Gaby or Will? And finally last night at around 11.30 mid-night the host of th said show finally announced the Big winner. But beforehand, the first name that was called was Will being the Fourth Big Winner and followed by Gaby ast the Third placer.

Ruben and Riza were left in the confession room and obviously, the two were very nervous!  The host talked to them and said that the first name to be called is the Second placer and the second name to be revelead is the Big Winner. And finally the moment comes when Toni first mentioned Riza’s name as the Second placer and when Ruben heard it, he was so happy and he even cried with so much joy. Ruben being a Christian, did not forget his God as He thanked Him for all things and blessings that he received.
